These terms are between you and Xwits Developers Pvt. Ltd. ("Xwits", "we", "us"). If you use the website xwits.dev or any product we run under the Xwits brand, you agree to these terms. If you are using a product that one of our partners has white-labelled under their own brand, the partner's terms apply, not these.

1. What you can do here

You can browse the website, read our content, contact us, and sign up for waitlists or trials. If we offer you access to a product, separate terms specific to that product may also apply.

2. What you should not do

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our source code or proprietary models.
• Use the site or any trial product to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or harm others.
• Send us malware, run automated attacks, or otherwise mess with our infrastructure.
• Mass-scrape our blog or product content for republication. Quoting with attribution is welcome.

3. Content on the site

All text, images, designs, and code on this website are © 2026 Xwits Developers Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise stated. You may share excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish complete articles without our written permission.

4. Our products

When you sign up for a Xwits product (XWorks Suite, Marketing Autopilot, Custom AI), a separate, product-specific agreement governs your access. That agreement covers data ownership, service levels, pricing, and cancellation. This page does not.

5. No warranty on the website

The website is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we make no specific guarantees about content correctness, availability, or fit for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Xwits and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. For paid products, separate contractual limits apply.

7. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Xwits against any third-party claim arising from your misuse of the website — for example, scraping our content, impersonating Xwits, or violating intellectual-property rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
