Marketing that
runs itself.
An AI marketing team that plans your campaigns, drafts content in your voice, posts to every channel, and reports back in plain English on what worked. Built for the operator who would happily hire a marketing manager — at a fraction of the salary.
Most small businesses spend more on marketing than they earn from it.
Agencies are expensive. Hiring an in-house marketer is harder. Doing it yourself takes hours every week. So most small businesses end up doing nothing — and then wonder why their phone stops ringing.
It plans the calendar around your local seasons and festivals, drafts every asset in your brand voice, schedules across nine channels, runs the lead-nurture drips, and sends a plain-English read on what worked. You approve from your phone in about five minutes a day. One subscription, no agency, no hiring.
Five capabilities.
One subscription.
Each capability replaces a part of a marketing team. Together, they replace the team.
Campaign Planner
Tell it what your business does and where you operate. Autopilot returns a quarterly content calendar mapped to local festivals, holidays, and seasons. Black Friday in the US. Diwali in India. Lunar New Year in Singapore. Edit once. Approve. Done.
Copy Engine
Long-form blog posts, Reels scripts, WhatsApp broadcasts, Google ads, email subject lines. Generated in your brand voice. Reviewed once. Queued forever. Available in 12 languages at launch.
Multi-channel Publisher
Schedule and post to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, TikTok (where allowed), email, and WhatsApp Business. All from one queue. We handle the API quirks, rate limits, and failed-upload retries.
Smart Analytics
No dashboards to decode. A weekly note in plain English. The kind of read a senior marketer would give you over coffee: which post outperformed, which channel is slipping, which email to cut.
Lead Nurture
Automated WhatsApp and email drip flows that do not feel automated. New enquiry → warm message → offer → booking. The templates are built in — grounded in the patterns that convert in small-business messaging.
How Marketing Autopilot works.
Four steps from waitlist to live marketing. The first three months we run weekly office hours with you.
Connect your channels
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, email, Google Ads. Each connection is OAuth — we never own the publishing token. You stay in control.
Train on your voice
Drop in 50-100 examples of your past content — captions, emails, blog posts. Autopilot learns the brand voice. By week two, drafts read like you wrote them.
Review the first 30-day plan
Autopilot generates a quarterly calendar grounded in your locale, seasons, and offers. You edit once. Then it queues the work — campaigns, posts, drips.
Approve and ship
Daily approvals take ~5 minutes on your phone. Auto-publish is optional. We run weekly office hours with the build team for the first three months.
One queue. Every channel.
We handle the API quirks, rate limits, format quirks, and failed-upload retries. You see one calendar.

More on the roadmap. Founding Partners get first crack at every new channel.
What you can stop paying for.
Most small businesses cobble together a marketing stack: a scheduler, an email tool, a design tool, a freelance copywriter, a freelance designer. Per month, that runs $250-1,500. Plus your time.
We do not replace strategy. We replace the parts that bury you.
Built for the businesses that do not have a marketing team.
Marketing Autopilot is for the operator who knows their craft but can’t write a Reel, can’t fight Facebook’s ad manager, and can’t justify a $3,000/month agency.

Privacy & data.
We did the hard work upfront so this section is short — and true.
Your data stays in your region
Choose India, EU, US, or APAC at signup. Your tenant lives there. No cross-region replication without your written consent.
Your brand voice stays in your tenant
What Autopilot learns from your content is yours. We never train shared models on customer content. No leakage to other Founding Partners.
Posts go via your accounts
OAuth-based publishing. We never hold your channel tokens longer than the request. If you offboard, the connection is severed immediately.
You own the content
Every asset Autopilot produces is your IP. We do not retain rights. Export at any time.
Founder pricing.
Until we run out of seats.
Marketing Autopilot opens to a closed beta in Q3 2026. The first 100 Founding Partners get six months free, a locked-in rate for life, white-glove onboarding, and direct access to the build team. Pricing is on request — ask when you join the waitlist.
One business, one brand, all channels.
Up to three brands, multi-channel.
Manage clients, white-label dashboards.
Frequently asked.
If we missed yours, write to hello@xwits.dev. A real person reads every email.
Will the AI sound like a robot?
No. We train on your existing voice — past posts, your website, the way you write. The design target: by week two, the AI sounds like you.
What languages does it support?
12 at launch, more on request. Our priority is local relevance, not just translation.
Can I review before it posts?
Yes. Auto-publish is optional. The approval flow is one tap on the phone — designed for the operator who is reviewing between two appointments.
Will my content stay private?
Yes. Your content is yours. We do not share, train on, or resell it.
How does it know our brand voice?
You drop in 50-100 examples of your past content — captions, emails, blog posts. Autopilot extracts the voice signals (tone, vocabulary, sentence rhythm, do/don't list) and uses them on every draft. We refine in the first two weeks. By week three the brand voice is stable.
What happens if we leave?
Export your full content history, your brand voice profile, and your campaign calendar as JSON + Markdown. We disconnect your channel accounts. Your published posts stay on your channels because they were always your posts. No claw-back. No drama.
Is the multilingual output any good?
Honest answer: it varies. Indian languages (Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati) are strong. Spanish and Portuguese are strong. Arabic is improving. We test every prompt on the user's primary language before turning it on, and you can fall back to English if a language is not ready.
