A small AI automation company that takes engineering seriously. We build engines other companies will put their name on. And when off-the-shelf falls short, we engineer custom AI on the same foundation. We are early — three products live, nine in build — and the founder still answers every email himself.
Toast built the operating system for restaurants. ServiceTitan did it for home services. We are building the AI-native operating system for the twelve industries no one has done yet — and licensing it for partners to ship under their own brand.
A simple belief.
Xwits started in 2025 with a simple belief: most software is built for software companies, not for the businesses that actually run our economies. The salon. The clinic. The coaching class. The corner shop.
Right now: three products live, nine in active build. The same AI engineering platform we use internally is what we are preparing to open up to a small set of partners. We are still small. We are still fast. We still answer our own emails.
How we work.
Three principles. Repeated until they are habits.
Build the boring parts well.
Login. Payments. Scheduling. Notifications. Compliance. The unglamorous middle of every product. Most software companies cut corners here. We do not. It is why our partners can sleep at night.
Use AI to remove friction, not to add features.
We do not ship "AI inside" stickers. We use AI where it removes work — generating content, summarising data, answering support questions, building internal tools. If AI does not make something simpler, we do not use it.
Stay close to the user.
On custom work, we are forward-deployed: an engineer of ours embeds with the customer — on Slack, on calls, reading the retro — not a CSM layer in between. Founder Deep Parmar reads every customer email personally. As we grow, we are committed to keeping that direct line.

Deep is the founder and director of Xwits Developers. Before Xwits, he worked at the intersection of AI research and software engineering, with a particular focus on how autonomous agents can change the economics of building software.
He is based in Ahmedabad and reads every customer email personally. He is happiest when a customer ships something they could not have shipped without us, and least happy when anyone waits more than 24 hours for a reply.

We hire globally for engineering and design. We meet in person twice a year. Working hours overlap is the only requirement. If you do your best work in a tier-three city in India or in a co-working space in Lisbon, we want to talk.
